About Us
PFP Student Accommodation has been serving Sheffield’s student community since 1979. We are a family business and have housed thousands of students over the past twenty-seven years. We are not rental agents, we own all our own property, which ensures that you will receive prompt and personal attention regarding maintenance and repairs. Our fully qualified and trusted tradesmen are well known to us and offer a professional service should any problems occur. We take great pride in the personal attention we offer and in the high standard of accommodation we provide.

About Ecclesall
Ecclesall is Sheffield’s premier and most convenient location for students due to its close proximity to both Sheffield and Hallam Universities and Collegiate and Psalter Lane campus', it is also Sheffields’ premier shopping, recreation and entertainment suburb. Everything you need is on your doorstep from supermarkets, parks, cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants to every conceivable service, i.e. banking, cash machines, medical facilities, hairdressers, gyms etc. Frequent bus services to and from the city centre provide further access to shopping, libraries, art galleries, theatres, rail and coach travel, restaurants, clubs and bars.

Good accommodation is always at the top of the list when we ask students what they require to enable them to enjoy their time at university. The advantage of renting a private house or flat from us as opposed to halls of residence are many, including.

• You rent from us as a group with friends you know and have already decided that you want to share accommodation with.
• Our properties range from 4 to 9 bedrooms and although you have your private room there is also the living room, kitchen etc. where you can socialise with your friends and neighbours.
  
• Individual houses are far quieter than Halls of Residences.
  
• We respond to repairs or complaints without delay.
  
• All of our properties are in the Ecclesall area, Sheffields most vibrant and upmarket district which for decades has traditionally been the most popular student area.
